I am rarely wowed by good customer service, but WOW!. From my initial call to set up the appointment to the moment Cliff Taylor left, I was treated with impeccable care and customer service. Even though they are based in Lake Luzerne, they go as far south as Albany and may go farther depending on the size of the job. My house is over 100 years old with duct work and a furnace to match. Our vents probably have never been cleaned before. Cliff was happy and friendly the entire time. Just great customer service. I absolutely recommend A1 for your duct or dryer vent cleaning needs.

From my first contact with A1 which was setting up an appointment through Theresa to saying goodbye to Cliff and Cliff Jr. when the job was done, I was so pleased! I had been having a very hard time with asthma and felt dirty air ducts was the primary cause. Cliff and Cliff Jr. came at the end of what must have been a very long day for them and were so pleasant and kind, cheerful and efficient. The ducts got cleaned beautifully and the house was left so clean and neat afterwards. It meant a lot to be treated with such kindness and understanding and my husband are so grateful for this help. You can’t get better than A1 I am convinced.

Cliff did a great job, very thorough and clean. He took the time to do the job right and kept me informed with visual inspections. I would highly recommend him.
